- District boundary
- Homes
The boundary is ours, not an official one: the railway from the King Edward VII Bridge to the corner of Brandling Street and Oakwellgate, along Cannon Street and down Church Street and Bridge Street to the Swing Bridge, then the river back. Why here.
Streets
- Fletcher Road — The estate's access road from Half Moon Lane: Fairway Court, Kenilworth House, New Eden House and the Fletcher Road frontage of the three Greensfield Close blocks.
- Greensfield Close — The newest part of the estate: Liscio, Intento and Motivo, the three blocks Bellway marketed as Modello. They front Fletcher Road but all access, parking and deliveries are from here.
- High Level Road — Runs along the top of the escarpment with two entrances to Riverside Park and the Gateshead Riverside Sculpture Trail below. No homes have a High Level Road address or entrance: Kenilworth House and Fairway Court overlook it from the top of the old retaining wall, with no access from the road. The railway-arch businesses address as Wellington Street.
- Raven Road — Ochre Mews, Mandale Homes' conversion of the Grade II listed Boiler Shop into 58 homes.
- Worsdell Drive — The main spine of Ochre Yards: eight named blocks and squares plus the numbered duplexes at 1–97.
