A salt room: sessions in a chamber where fine dry salt is dispersed into the air, which the business says can help with respiratory and skin complaints and general wellbeing — claims to weigh for yourself. Spelled Sereniti, as on the council’s directory; the earlier reading of the sign here as “Serenity” was wrong. The website is thin, with a reservation link and little else, so book the salt room online rather than turning up; the ground-floor coffee shop is walk-in.

It is on the ground floor of Worsdell House, next to Bridgewater Interiors.
