A five-storey white-rendered block with a dark stone ground floor and a glazed stair tower, beside the green lattice railway bridge over Hudson Street, with a ramped entrance and cobbled car park in front
30 Half Moon Lane, September 2026. The commercial unit on the ground floor is Toastie Labs.

Developed, designed and built in-house by the Adderstone group on the site of a former pub building, keeping some of its original features exposed inside. The six apartments have three to five bedrooms each, 24 in all, with large shared kitchens and living rooms and study space in the bedrooms: shared flats aimed at students and young professionals rather than owner-occupier homes. Below them is a 1,700 sq ft commercial unit that the developer marketed as capable of subdivision, now occupied by Toastie Labs. When it was completed, and what the pub was called, are not yet recorded here.

Not to be confused with Worsdell House further up the lane, or with the six other flats numbered 1–6 Half Moon Lane behind the old door marked 40 and 42, in the newer infill building between Wellington House and Worsdell House.
